ABOUT THE ORDER
If you order from XYLOTA you agree to pay the shipping and possible fees for the products. If you choose not to get a traceable shipping option for your product, we can't hold responsibility to pay for the costs for a missing package.

Once we receive your order we will send a confirmation mail. Please always check your order form so that your order and contact information is correct. Should there be any questions or if you want to change/cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately. We are not responsible for replacing the order/cancellation once the package has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if the item is out of stock. If the situation occurs we will send you an email within 24 hours.

CLOTHING
Products from XYLOTA can be exchanged for 14 days. If you ordered a wrong size, we can exchange it for the correct size if we have it in stock, or exchange it for another item. The costumer pays the shipping fees both ways. If you do not like the product that was sent to you or if it's the wrong size - please email info@xylota.com.

JEWELRY CARE

Most of the jewelry on this site is hand made. The hand made pieces can sometimes have slight differences in colour, size and pattern of the jewelry. This may be considered as charming and unique since it´s made by hand.

Always avoid contact with chemicals, such as hairspray, perfume, lotion, household cleansers and so on. Do not expose your jewellery to pool and sea water. Gold and silver plated jewellery will eventually tarnish or discolour if left exposed to the chemicals or water. To prevent this from happening, we also recommend you to store your precious pieces in a cool and dry place, such as a jewelry box.

PAYMENT
All products remain property of XYLOTA until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parent's permission to order from XYLOTA.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
