XYLOTA does not accept returns.
If your order is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (24h from receiving the package) via info@xylota.com, and attach a photo of the damaged item.
As our customer, you always have 14 days to exchange your order. This period counts from the day you received the order and should be returned to us within the 14 days. Exchanges after 14 days will not be possible. The product should always be returned in its original condition.

Note that it is the costumer who is responsible and for cost of exchange and the risk on return postage; This risk includes the product being damaged or lost during shipping.
